取得する情報：

• 基地局位置情報、端末位置情報、機種情報、IP アドレス、ポート番号、パケットのヘッダー、ペイロード情報の一部

利用目的：

• ブラウザやアプリで再生される動画の再生、大容量ファイルのダウンロード等大容量の通信を発生させる通信等を制御するため
• 「Rakuten Link」及び「my 楽天モバイル（一部機能を除く）」を利用いただいた際の通信量をカウントせず、高速通信OFF（オフ）モード時であっても高速通信でご利用頂くため※1
• 当社の通信サービス上で利用されているアプリケーション等のご利用状況の分析のため
• その他お客様に公平にサービスを提供するために有益と認める通信速度の制御、通信の最適化のため

※「Rakuten Link」に関しては、利用した通話、メッセージング以外の機能では通信量はカウントされる場合があります。
※1 「Rakuten Turbo」「Apple Watch ファミリー共有」では適用されません。

上記のほか、当社は、お客様の個人情報について、当社のサービスの提供やお客様の利便性の向上等を目的として、 プライバシーポリシーに定めるところにより、その目的の遂行に必要な範囲で利用します。

Rakuten Mobile collects and uses customer communication information as follows in order to provide services fairly to all customers by controlling communication speed and optimizing communication.

Information Collected：

• Base station location, terminal location, device information, IP address, port number, packet header, and certain payload information

Purpose of Use：

• To control communication and other activities that result in high-volume communication, such as downloading large files and playing videos in browsers and apps
• To enable high-speed communication, regardless of data usage attributable to the use of Rakuten Link and My Rakuten Mobile (excluding some functions), even when “High-speed Communication” is set on “OFF”*1
• To analyze customer use of applications and the like via our communication services
• To control communication speed and otherwise optimize communication as we deem fit in providing services fairly to all customers

* In the case of Rakuten Link, data used for purposes other than phone calls and text messaging will be taken into account.
*1 Not applicable for Rakuten Turbo and Apple Watch Family Sharing.
