お客様の安心・安全に役立つ情報、生活を快適・便利にする情報を提供するため、プライバシーに配慮した上で安全に位置情報や通信履歴を活用する取り組みを推進しています。同意していただくことで、楽天モバイル株式会社（当社）はお客様が当社の携帯電話サービスを通じてアクセスしたウェブサイト、アプリケーション等との通信に関する情報（データ。なお、お客様の通話の内容は含みません）を取得できるようになり、災害や緊急情報に関する重要なお知らせや、楽天グループおよびその他第三者の商品、サービスに関するキャンペーンや広告等、お客様に最適な情報をお届けすることができるようになります。
01.利用目的
当社及び楽天グループ企業が保有するお客様の情報と突き合わせ、以下の目的でお客様の通信情報を利用します。その過程で、 AI等を用いてお客様ご自身またはお客様以外の方の個人情報、その他の情報（統計情報や推定情報を含みます。）とともに分析が行われる場合があります。

02.取得・利用する情報の種類、処理方法
当社は、お客様が楽天モバイルをご利用した際に、以下の情報を取得し利用します。取得されたデータは取得時点から2年間利用され、その後適切に消去処理されます。
- 利用したウェブサイト、アプリケーションの内容（動画、ゲーム、アプリ利用状況、広告への反応、通信先のIPアドレス、通信の内容等）
- 日付・時刻、位置情報（通信・通話時の位置情報）
- 通話のログ情報（電話番号、通話やメッセージの日時、通話時間等）
- お客様の通話内容は含みません。

04.位置情報および通信情報の利用停止
当社がお客様の位置情報および通信の秘密を利用することについて、お客様の同意は任意であり、同意いただかなくても楽天モバイルのサービスを利用することが出来ます。また、一度同意いただいた場合でもいつでも停止することができます。

my楽天モバイルアプリを開き、契約プラン画面下部「各種手続き」のその他のお手続きに表示のボタンを押してください。メニューに表示される「情報提供の設定」画面へ進み、「情報提供に同意」の設定トグルをタップすることでご利用を停止いただけます。

Rakuten Mobile, Inc (here after “we”) provides information that is useful for the safety and security of customers and that makes life comfortable and convenient. We are promoting initiatives to safely use your information with privacy in mind. Your consent will allow us to collect your data including website and application access log via our mobile network (but, not including content of a call), and to send you important notifications about disaster or emergency information, as well as promotional messages, advertisements, etc. about the Rakuten Group’s or other third parties’ products and services that are the most suitable for you.
01.Purpose of use
We will use collected information on you for the following purposes after combining it with other information which is collected by we and Rakuten Group Companies. In the process of the information using technology such as AI, we and Rakuten Group Companies will analyze your information along with information of other customers and other statistic information.

02.Types of information collected, utilized, and process methods
We collect and use the following information when customers use Rakuten Mobile. Collected data will be used for 2 years from a collected date, and after the period it will be properly deleted.
- Access logs of website and applications (video, game, application usage and response to advertisements, IP address of the destination, contents of communication)
- Date, Time, Location Information (When communicating or calling)
- Call Logs(Telephone number, day and time, duration time)
- It does not include contents of call.

We may provide your information to the following Rakuten Group Companies.
04.Suspension of use of location and communication information
Your consent of allowing access to your location information and secrecy of communication is optional. You can withdrawal these consents at any time.
Even if you do not consent to this section, you can continue to use the Rakuten Mobile services.

Open My Rakuten Mobile App > select “各種手続き” under contract page > select “Other Procedure” > select “information providing” then, you can suspend information providing.
