01-A契約について

• 本サービスに関する契約関係は、「楽天モバイル通信サービス契約約款」および「楽天モバイル通信サービス契約約款（5G）」に記載の条件に基づき、楽天モバイル株式会社（以下「当社」といいます）とご契約者との間に生じます。
• 本サービスの対象は、4Gサービスおよび5Gサービスとなります。
• 本サービスは、ご契約者のみご利用になれます。
• 商用目的の利用はできません。

01-B通信速度とその他の制限

• 最大通信速度はベストエフォート方式による提供となります。実際の通信速度は、場所、通信環境、ネットワークの混雑状況、対応製品に応じて変化します。
• ご契約プランの高速データ容量を超えた場合、データ通信によるトラフィックがネットワーク帯域の上限を超える場合、またはご利用の製品やアプリの設定などにより、通信速度やデータ通信量が制限される場合があります。
• お客様に公平にサービスを提供するために有益と認める通信速度の制御、通信の最適化（ブラウザやアプリで再生される動画、大容量ファイルのダウンロード、ほかの機器への接続等、大容量の通信を発生させ、ほかのお客様への公平なサービス提供に支障をきたすおそれのある場合、それらのファイルサイズの圧縮等）を行うことがあります。
• 当社ネットワークに継続的な混雑状態が発生した際には、通信を制限する場合があります。
• 当社が本サービスのために提供する製品、もしくは動作検証された製品以外での通信は保証されません。
• 古いOS（基本ソフト）を使用していると、ウイルス感染のリスクが高くなります。常に最新のOSに更新することをおすすめいたします。

01-Cサービスエリア

• 楽天の提供するサービスエリアには、楽天の基地局の電波を利用する楽天回線エリアとパートナーの基地局の電波を利用するパートナー回線エリアの２つが存在します。
• ご利用になれるエリアは、当社Webに記載のサービスエリアマップで掲示しています。
• ご利用いただく機器や利用環境（建物の中・地下・トンネルなど電波の届かないところ）によりご利用可能なサービスエリアが制限される場合があります。
• パートナー回線エリアおよび海外ローミング（データ通信）および国際通話、国際SMS、国際通話かけ放題のサービスエリア・提供条件、および15分（標準）通話かけ放題の提供条件は予告なく変更になる場合があります。
• 「Rakuten Link」アプリの通話・メッセージ機能、および「my 楽天モバイル」アプリの一部を除く機能を利用した際のデータ通信は、海外ローミングエリアの高速データ容量としてカウントせず、高速データ容量を超えた場合でも速度制限なくご利用いただけます。なお、この点は予告なく変更になる場合があります。

01-D5Gサービスについて

• ご利用の5G対応製品画面上のアンテナマークに「5G」と表示されている場合でも、「4G」に切り替わり、4Gサービスでのご利用となる場合があります。
• 5Gサービスは一部のエリアより提供を開始し、順次サービス提供範囲を拡大いたします。
• サービスエリアマップで5Gサービスエリアと表示されている場合であっても、4Gサービスでのご利用となる場合があります。
• 5Gサービスをご利用になれるエリアは、当社Webに記載のサービスエリアマップで掲示しています。
• 5Gサービスのご利用には、5G対応製品が必要です。詳しくは当社Webをご確認ください。

01-E未成年の利用

• 18歳未満の方がご契約いただく際は親権者の同意が必要となります。
• 「青少年が安全に安心してインターネットを利用できる環境の整備等に関する法律（以下、青少年インターネット環境整備法）」により、ご契約者が18歳未満である際は、親権者にはその旨をお申し出になる義務があります。
• 親権者には18歳未満のご契約者（以下、未成年といいます）のインターネット利用環境を把握・管理する努力義務が課されています。

＜未成年のご利用とフィルタリングサービスについて＞

• インターネット（無線LANによるインターネット接続を含む）のご利用により、未成年の健全な育成を阻害するおそれのある有害情報に接する機会が生じる場合があります。また、以下に例示するような危険性が存在します。
  1. ①出会い系サイト、アダルトサイト、暴力的な表現のあるサイト等へのアクセスにより、犯罪等の事件に巻き込まれるケースが多いこと。
  2. ②プロフやSNS等のサイト上での見知らぬ相手との情報のやりとりにより、個人情報の流出、写真の無断転載による肖像権の侵害等の被害が生じうること。
  3. ③ブログや掲示板等のサイトへの個人を特定する無責任な書き込みが誹謗中傷や名誉毀損へと繋がり、加害者となりうること。
  4. ④興味本位での犯罪予告やいたずらの書き込み等により、威力業務妨害、脅迫等の罪に問われる場合があること等。
• 楽天モバイルでは、未成年のご契約者向けに、フィルタリングサービスを提供しています。ご契約者が未成年の場合、必ず「あんしんコントロール by i-フィルター」または「あんしんコントロール」のお申し込み、設定をお願いします。フィルタリングサービスのご利用は、アプリケーションの設定が必要です。より詳しい設定方法はご契約後にお送りするご案内メールを参照ください。
• フィルタリングサービスは、前述のリスクを軽減するために有効な手段です。しかしながら、すべてのリスクを完全に除去できるものではありません。親権者が必ず未成年のインターネット利用状況を把握し、管理してください。
• 青少年インターネット環境整備法では、当社が回線契約と同時に販売する製品の購入者が未成年であるときは、フィルタリング機能を有効化することを義務づけています。フィルタリングサービスには未成年やその親権者がインターネット上の情報を取捨選択できるように、さまざまな機能があります。よく確認してご活用ください。また未成年の携帯電話のご利用に際しては、ご利用目的や方法、ご利用時間帯、料金等について、親権者とよく話し合ってルールを決めてください。

「あんしんコントロール by i-フィルター」をご契約の場合：

・インストール、初期設定は当社にて行います。
・店舗でのご契約の場合、設定はご契約後に店頭スタッフが対応いたします。
・Webでのご契約の場合、設定は親権者にてご対応をお願いいたします。

• ご契約者が未成年の場合、フィルタリングサービスの解約には所定の書面の提出が必要です。該当する書面を印刷、必要事項をご記入のうえ、「楽天モバイル コミュニケーションセンター オプション解約係」宛に郵送してください。
  • 回線契約翌月の10日までに解約書面を当社が受領した場合は、フィルタリングサービス料金はいただきません。
  • 書面受領の翌月末に解約となります。

「あんしんコントロール」をご契約の場合：

・店舗でのご契約の場合、設定はご契約後に店頭スタッフが対応いたします。
・Webでのご契約の場合、設定は親権者にてご対応をお願いいたします。

※iPhone向けiOS 15以降で新たに搭載される「iCloud+」のプライバシー保護機能「プライベートリレー※1」をONにした場合、「あんしんコントロール」によるウェブフィルタリング機能がご利用できません。「プライベートリレー」をOFFにすることで、iOS 14以前と同様にご利用いただけます。
※1 Apple社が提供している、新しいインターネットプライバシー保護機能です。初期設定はOFFになっております。

• ご契約者が未成年の場合、「あんしんコントロール」の解約にはご契約者のmy楽天モバイルからの解約の申請が必要です。その後、親権者が利用する「あんしんコントロール」アプリでの解約許可をもって解約となります。

01-F禁止行為について

当社は、以下の行為を禁止しています。契約者の意図にかかわらず、本サービスの利用時に以下の禁止行為に該当した場合には、予告なく、本サービスの利用を停止する場合がございます。

• 当社または第三者の不利益につながる行為、損害を与える行為、またはそのおそれのある行為
• 当社のサービス運営を妨害する行為、または妨害するおそれのある行為
• 当社の設備、機器等を毀損する、または損害を与えるおそれのある行為
• 通常想定される利用状態を超えて、大量の通信を発生させる行為
• 事前に当社に承諾を得ることなく、第三者にSIMカード等を貸与する行為
• 本サービスを通じて、法令等に定める事前の同意等を得ず、他人に広告、宣伝もしくは勧誘する行為
• 他人になりすまして各種サービスを利用する行為
• ウイルス等の有害なコンピュータプログラム等を送信・掲載等拡散する行為
• 上記のほか、上記のいずれかに準ずる行為、および法令、当社規約、公序良俗に違反する行為

なお、製品が盗難・詐取された場合、有害なコンピュータプログラム等に感染した場合、SMSやメールによるフィッシング詐欺にかかった場合など、契約者以外が本サービスを利用したことにより通信料その他の料金が発生した場合であっても、その支払い義務は契約者本人に生じます。当社からその支払いを減免されることはありませんので十分に注意したうえで本サービスを利用してください。

02-Aプラン料金について

• 月額980円～2,980円(税込1,078円～3,278円)
• プラン料金は、毎月のデータ利用量によって変動いたします。
• データ利用量は、データ高速無制限エリア、海外ローミングエリアの合算値となります。また、データ利用量は、速度制限の有無にかかわらず、すべてのご利用分が含まれます。
• プラン料金は以下をご確認ください。

02-Bプラン料金詳細

• 回線利用意思のない契約に対して損害賠償金を請求する場合があります。
• 5Gサービスは楽天回線エリアの一部の地域でご利用いただけます。また、パートナー回線エリア（国内）は5Gサービスの提供はございません。
• 海外ローミングエリアとは海外ローミング（データ通信）でご利用可能な海外の対象国と地域です。
  海外ローミングエリアの高速データ容量を超えた場合、海外ローミングエリアでの通信速度が最大128kbpsに制限されます。
• ユニバーサルサービス料、電話リレーサービス料とは
  • ユニバーサルサービス料とは、加入電話などの電話サービス（ユニバーサルサービス）を日本全国に安定的に供給できるよう、お支払いいただく料金です。毎月1電話番号あたり一定額の負担をお願いしております。
  • 電話リレーサービスとは、聴覚障がい者と聴者を、通訳オペレーターが「手話」や「文字」と「音声」を通訳することにより、電話で即時双方向につなぐサービスです。聴覚障がい者による電話利用の円滑化のため、必要な費用をお客様にご負担いただいております。

03-Aクレジットカード／デビットカード

• ご契約者本人名義または当社が承認した第三者名義のクレジットカード、デビットカードからの引き落としによりお支払いになれます。月額利用料確定は、月によって変動しますが、毎月4日ごろとなります。
• クレジットカードの場合、引き落とし日は、各クレジットカード会社との契約に準じます。
• デビットカードの場合、毎月11日、12日のいずれかに請求、引き落としとなります。
• 楽天モバイル買い替え超トクプログラムにご加入の場合、お支払いはご契約者本人名義の楽天カードのみご利用いただけます。楽天カード以外のカード、およびご契約者本人名義ではないカードはご利用いただけませんので、ご注意ください。

03-B楽天ポイント／楽天キャッシュ

• クレジットカード、デビットカードをご利用の場合、ご利用料金のお支払いに、楽天ポイント／楽天キャッシュがご利用になれます。
• 一度にご利用できるポイント数は、1～30,000（ダイヤモンド会員の方は、～500,000）ポイントです。

03-C口座振替

• 契約事務手数料、プラン料金などのお支払いに、ご契約者本人名義または当社が承認した第三者名義の銀行口座からの引き落とし（口座振替）をご利用になれます。
• 毎月の引き落とし時に、手数料100円（税込110円）がかかります。
• 毎月27日（土日・祝日の場合は翌営業日）に登録口座から、料金の引き落としをいたします。
• 口座振替で製品／アクセサリ費用のお支払いはできません。

04-A解約方法

• 解約は「my 楽天モバイル」よりお手続きしてください（楽天ID・パスワードが必要です）。「my 楽天モバイル」が何らかの理由で使用できない場合は、05-A②に記載の問い合わせ先へご相談ください。
• 解約時のSIMカードの処理方法について、以下の2種類がございます。お客様ご自身で選択いただくようお願いいたします。
  ＜お客様ご自身で破棄される場合＞
  お客様ご自身で裁断のうえ、破棄していただいて問題ございません。
  ＜SIMを返送いただく場合＞
  以下の返送先へご返却をお願いします。返却費用はお客様負担となり、着払いの場合はお受けいたしかねますのでご注意ください。

04-B解約条件や費用

• プラン料金は解約までにご利用いただいたデータ利用量に対応した金額で請求いたします。
• その他オプションサービスの月額料金は、解約日までの日割り計算でのご請求となります。なお、解約をした時点からサービスのご利用ができなくなります。
• 15分（標準）通話かけ放題オプションサービスおよび国際通話かけ放題オプションサービスを月の途中で解約した場合は、月額料金の日割り精算はされません。また、解約日以降、かけ放題の対象となる国と地域への通話は従量課金となります。
• 通信契約とは別に月額料金の発生するオプションサービスをご契約されている場合、通信契約の解約をもって自動的に解約とはなりません。個別で解約手続きが必要となります。
• 解約に伴うSIMカードの返却費用はお客様負担となります。
• 契約者が、お申し込み後1年以内に回線契約を解約し、かつ本サービスの利用実態がない場合、当社は、契約者に対して、当社が解約事務手数料として定める金額の980円（税込1,078円）※1の支払いを請求することがあります。
  ※初期契約解除や譲渡・承継等のやむを得ない事情がある場合は除きます。
  ※1 最強家族プログラム適用の場合は880円（税込968円）の請求となります。
• 回線を解約した後も、クレジットカードなどにてお支払いいただいている製品代金の割賦残債は残ります。

04-CMNP転出

• MNP予約番号の発行は「my 楽天モバイル」より申請いただけます。「my 楽天モバイル」が何らかの理由で使用できない場合は、05-A②に記載の問い合わせ先へご相談ください。MNPワンストップをご利用の場合、MNP予約番号の発行は不要です。他社へのお手続きでMNP転出が完了となります。
• 他社へのMNP転入手続きの完了日にご契約を解除します。
• MNP予約番号の有効期限は取得日を含めて15日です。有効期限を過ぎると再発行手続きが必要となります（再発行手数料は発生しません）。

04-D初期契約解除

• 本契約における電気通信役務は、初期契約解除制度の対象です。
• お申し込み時に選択した「ご契約内容の通知方法」によって以下のとおり定める起算日から8日を経過するまでの間、書面により本契約の解除を行うことができます。詳細は、「ご契約内容のご案内」の書面をご確認ください。また、電子交付の場合は、「my楽天モバイル」の契約情報ページにある「ご契約内容のご案内」をご確認ください。

  ＜書面交付の場合＞

  本サービスの提供を開始した日、もしくは後日お送りする「ご契約内容のご案内」の書面をお客様が受領した日のいずれか遅い日が起算日となります。

  ＜電子交付の場合＞

  本サービスの提供を開始した日が起算日となります。

• 初期契約解除に伴い、当社が損害賠償もしくは違約金を請求することはありません。
• 初期契約解除を行った場合でも、当社はプラン料金を解除日までにご利用いただいたデータ利用量に対応する金額で請求いたします。また、解除日までご利用になられたデータチャージを含む通信料、通話料、および契約解除日までのオプションサービス等の月額料金の日割り料金、ユニバーサルサービス料および電話リレーサービス料を請求いたします。なお、製品およびアクセサリは初期契約解除の対象外のため、ご返却は不要です。SIMカードと一緒にご返却いただきましてもご購入代金および配送料は返還いたしません。

【MNP転入した方が初期契約解除をした場合】

• MNP転入によりご契約されたお客様のうち、初期契約解除申請と同時にMNP転出をご希望された方は、申請書を送付いただいても、初期契約解除による解約は完了しません。お客様ご自身で「my 楽天モバイル」よりMNP予約番号を発行し、他社へ転出完了することで解約完了となります。MNPワンストップをご利用の場合、MNP 予約番号の発行は不要です。他社でお手続きを行い転出完了することで解約完了となります。
• お客様ご自身にて転出が完了する日までにご利用いただいたデータ利用量に対応するプラン料金を請求いたします。また、解除日までご利用になられたデータチャージを含む通信料、通話料、および契約解除日までのオプションサービス等の月額料金を日割りにてご請求いたしますのでご了承ください。なお、製品およびアクセサリは初期契約解除の対象外のため、ご返却は不要です。SIMカードと一緒にご返却いただきましてもご購入代金および配送料は返還いたしません。

01-AContract

• You agree to enter into the Rakuten Mobile Telecommunication Service Agreement and/or the Rakuten Mobile Telecommunication Agreement (5G) (hereinafter the “Contract”) with Rakuten Mobile, Inc. (hereinafter the “Company”) for using cellular phone services (hereinafter the “Services”).
• The Services include both 4G and 5G services.
• The Services may be used only by you.
• The Services shall not be used for commercial purposes.

01-BData Transmission Speed and Other Limitations

• The maximum data transmission speed will be provided by Rakuten Mobile on a best-efforts basis Actual speed may vary depending on the location, communication environment, condition of network congestion, the device being used and etc.
• The data transmission speed and data traffic may be restricted when the data usage exceeds the high-speed data allowance specified in the plan under the Contract; when the data traffic exceeds the maximum limit of the network bandwidth; or due to the configuration of the device or application being used.
• In order to provide the Services to customers in a fair and equitable manner, the Company may restrict the data transmission speed and optimize the data transmission when it is deemed beneficial for the aforementioned purpose (referring to compression of file sizes and other instances where large amounts of data are generated that are likely to interfere with the fair and equitable provision of Services to customers, including but not limited to streaming videos through applications or browsers, downloading large files, and connecting to other devices).
• Communication may be restricted when the Company’s network is continuously congested.
• Communication is not guaranteed when using devices other than those offered by the Company for the Services or the devices that have not been validated for the Services.
• Please keep your device's OS(Operating System) always up to date for avoiding computer virus infection.

01-CService Area

• There are two types of service area coverage provided by Rakuten; areas that are covered by radio waves of Rakuten base stations (hereinafter the “Rakuten Coverage Areas”) and areas that are covered by radio waves of base stations of a partner of Rakuten (hereinafter the “Partner Coverage Areas”).
• Please visit the Service Area Map on our website for coverage areas.
• Performance may be impacted in coverage areas, depending on the device being used or the environment in which the device is used (for example, inside a building, underground, or in a tunnel where radio waves cannot reach the device).
• Terms and conditions for Partner Coverage Areas and international roaming (data transmission), international calls, international SMS, unlimited international calling services, and 15 min (standard) free call services are subject to change without notice.
• Data transmission using the calling and messaging functions of “Rakuten Link” application and “my Rakuten Mobile” application (certain functions excluded) will not be counted as high-speed data usage in the international roaming area and no limitation on the speed for data transmission via these applications in excess high-speed data usage. Please note that this is subject to change without notice.

01-D5G Service

• Device may switch to “4G” and use 4G service for communication when the screen of a 5G compatible device displays “5G” next to the antenna mark.
• The Company has begun providing 5G service in some areas and will gradually expand the coverage in Japan.
• Service may be provided in 4G in 5G service areas on the Service Area Map.
• Please access Service Area Map on the Company’s website for 5G coverage areas.
• You need a 5G compatible device to use 5G services. Please see the Company’s website for details.

01-EUnderage Users

• Any person under the age of 18 must obtain parental consent or consent of an equivalent legal guardian in order to enter into a contract.
• Pursuant to the “Act on Establishment of Enhancement for Youth’s Safe and Secure Internet Use,“ (hereinafter the ”Act on Internet Environment Improvement for the Youth”) if you are under the age of 18, a parent (or a person with parental authority) is required to notify the Company that the user is underage.
• Parent (or a person with parental authority) of the user under the age of 18 (hereinafter the “Minor”) has the obligation to make efforts to understand and manage the environment for such minor’s internet access.

＜Underage User and Filtering Service＞

• Access to internet (including internet connected via wireless LAN) may result in exposing the Minor to harmful materials that is likely to interfere with the safety of the Minor. Further, it poses risks described as follows:
  1. （i） A minor could be exposed to a criminal incident, etc. by accessing online websites, including but not limited to, dating sites, sexually explicit sites, and sites that feature violent expressions;
  2. （ii）By exchanging profiles and personal information with an unknown person on SNS sites, etc. a minor may be exposed to, including but not limited to, a leak of personal information and infringement of the minor’s right of likeness resulting from unauthorized copying and reproduction of a photo;
  3. （iii）A minor could also commit unlawful acts such as slander or defamation by posting irresponsibly personal identifiable information; and
  4. （iv）A minor may be accused of forcible obstruction of business, intimidation, etc. as a result of death threat or prank writing out of mere curiosity.
• Rakuten Mobile offers a filtering service for the benefit of customers who are underage. When a customer is a minor, please make sure to subscribe to and set up this service.
• Please refer to an instruction email that will be sent after the execution of the contract for more details on the configuration method.
• The filtering service is an effective means of mitigating the risks described above, but it cannot completely remove all risks. A parent (or a person with parental authority) is asked to make sure to understand and manage the environment in which a minor uses the internet.
• Under the Act on Development of an Environment that Provides Safe and Secure Internet Use for Young People, the Company is required to activate the filtering functions when a minor purchases a device being sold by the Company at the same time when the contract for providing the mobile telecommunication service is signed. The filtering service offers a variety of functions to help minors and their parents (or persons with parental authority) filter information found on the internet. Please carefully review and take advantage of those functions. In addition, when a minor uses a mobile phone, Company recommends that a parent or legal guardian together with minor establish rules concerning the purpose and method of use, time of day when a mobile phone can be used, charges, etc. by having a full discussion with a parent (or a person having parental authority).

About “ANSHIN-control by i-filter” service.

• If the person who entered into the contract is a minor, prescribed form must be filled out and submitted in order to cancel the filtering service. Please select and print the applicable form , fill out the form with necessary information and mail it to “Option Cancellation, Rakuten Mobile Communication Center.”
  • If the Company receives a cancellation form no later than the 10th day of the month following the month in which the contract for mobile network service is made, no fees will be charged for the filtering service.
  • Cancellation will take effect on the last day of the month following the month in which the cancellation form is received.

About “Anshin Control” service.

※ If you turn on the iCloud “Private Relay※1” of your iPhone with iOS 15 or later, the web-filtering function of “Anshin Control” will be unable. Please turn off, “Private Relay” so you can use “Anshin Control” in the same way as an iPhone with iOS 14 or earlier.
※1 It is a new privacy protection function that Apple introduces. It is turned off as a default setting.

• If the person who entered into the contract is a minor, prescribed form must be filled out and submitted in order to cancel the filtering service. Their parents (or person with parental authority) need to approve the prescribed form within the App to finalize the cancellation.

• We may claim compensation for damages if you enter into Contract without intending to use Services.
• 5G service is available in only some of the Rakuten Service Area. In addition, 5G service is not available in Partner Coverage Area (in Japan).
• International roaming area refers to the service areas in designated foreign countries and regions where international roaming (data transmission) is available.
  If data usage exceeds the High-speed Data Allowance in international roaming area, the communication speed will be limited to 128 kbps at the maximum in such international roaming area.
• About “Universal service fee”, “Telephone relay service fee”
  • The Universal Service Fee is a fee to be paid in order to ensure a stable supply of telephone services such as subscriber phone service (Universal Service) throughout all the country. A fixed amount is charged per phone number per month.
  • The Telephone Relay Service is a service that provides an immediate two-way connection between the hearing-impaired and the non-hearing-impaired over the phone, with an interpreter operator interpreting "sign language" or "text". In order to facilitate the use of the telephone by the hearing impaired, the customer is required to pay the necessary fees.

03-ACredit Card/Debit Card

• Payments may be made by using a credit card or debit card held in the name of the contracting party or a third party approved by the Company. The final monthly charges will be determined around the 4th of each month but this date may change from month to month.
• If a credit card is used, payments will be processed on the day specified in accordance with the contract with each of the credit card companies.
• If a debit card is used, payments will be processed on 11th or 12th of every month.
• When you sign up for the Rakuten Mobile Kaikae Chotoku Program, you can only use your Rakuten card for payment. Please note that you cannot use any other cards or other person’s cards.

03-BRakuten Points/Rakuten Cash

• When using a credit card or debit card, customers may use Rakuten Points or Rakuten Cash to pay for the charges.
• The amount of points that can be used at one-time ranges from 1 to 30,000 points (up to 500,000 points for a Diamond Member).

03-CBank Transfer

• Payments for administration fees and cost of plans can be made by withdrawing funds from a bank account (direct debit) held in the name of the contracting party or a third party approved by the Company.
• There is a fee of 100 yen(110 yen w/tax)for monthly withdrawals.
• The fees and charges will be withdrawn from the registered bank account on the 27th of each month (or the next business day if it falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday).
• Direct debit may not be used to pay for the cost of devices or accessories.

04-AHow to Cancel the Contract

• Customers may cancel the contract by following the online process from “my Rakuten Mobile” (requires Rakuten ID and Password). If you are unable to access “my Rakuten Mobile” for some reason, please contact the number shown under 05-A② for assistance.
• There are two options for handling the SIM card when canceling the contract. Please choose one of the following.
  ＜If the customer disposes the SIM by himself/herself＞
  Please cut the SIM by yourself and dispose it.
  ＜If the customer returns the SIM＞
  Please return it to the address below upon termination of the contract.
• Note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning this item and the Company will not accept any item that is sent COD.

04-BConditions and Cost of Cancellation

• Contract will be terminated on the day a cancellation request is made. The monthly charge will be charged based on the actual data usage.
• Other monthly charges will be prorated and charged based on the number of days prior to the cancellation date. The Services will become unavailable as of the day of cancellation.
• If the optional service for 15 min (standard) free call and unlimited international calls is the only service terminated midway through the month, the monthly charge for the service will not be prorated, and any calls made to the countries and regions included in the unlimited international calling plan after the date of cancellation will be charged at a pay-per-use rate.
• When there is a contract for an optional service for which there is a monthly charge separate from a telecommunication service contract, such contract will not be terminated automatically when the telecommunication service contract is terminated. A separate cancellation procedure must be followed.
• Customers will be responsible for the cost of returning the SIM card associated with the cancellation.
• No other cancellation fees will be charged.
• After the cancellation of line(s), the balance of installment payment plan still remains outstanding for product purchase(s) for which payments are made on a credit card, etc.

04-CMNP Transfer

• Customers may apply for an issuance of an MNP reservation number online from “my Rakuten Mobile”. If unable to access “my Rakuten Mobile” for some reason, please contact the number shown under 05-A② for assistance. If using MNP One Stop, you don't need to apply for an issuance of an MNP reservation number. MNP transfer will be completed only by completing the procedure of MNP at the other carrier.
• Customer contracts will be terminated on the day transfer of the number using MNP service to another carrier is complete.
• The MNP reservation number remains effective for 15 days including the day the number is received. After the expiration date, the customer must follow the process for reissuance
  (there will be no fees for reissuance).

04-DEarly Contract Cancellation（初期契約解除　in Japanese）

• The telecommunication services provided under this contract are subject to early contract cancellation.
• Customers may cancel this contract in writing during the 8-day period starting from the date specified below in accordance with the selection made in the “Notification Method Concerning Contract Details” at the time of application.
• Please check “Notification Method Concerning Contract Details” to know more about this procedure. If you have received electronic delivery of “Notification Method Concerning Contract Details”, check on “my Rakuten Mobile”.

  ＜In the case of document delivery＞

  The above time period starts either on the day the provision of services begins or the day the customer receives the document entitled “Notification Method Concerning Contract Details” to be sent at a later date, whichever comes later.

  ＜In the case of electronic delivery＞

  The above time period starts on the day the provision of the Services begins.

• The Company will not make a claim for damages or penalty in connection with early contract cancellation.
• In the event of early contract cancellation, the Company will charge the price of communication fees, including the cost of plans (based on data usage), data charges and call charges, incurred prior to the date of cancellation; and the monthly charges including the cost of plans, optional services, universal service fee and telephone relay service fee, etc., prorated based on the number of days prior to the date of contract cancellation. In addition, purchased products and accessories are not applicable for Early Contract Cancellation, hence you needless to return. If you return such things along with SIM card, we don’t refund you.

【If you transferred a number from another carrier using MNP service】

• In the event of early contract cancellation where an MNP reservation number is issued, and if such number has expired, the Company will only reissue an MNP reservation number once. If using MNP One Stop, you don't need to apply for an issuance of an MNP reservation number. Early contract cancellation will be completed only by completing the procedure of MNP at the other carrier.
• If the effective period of the reservation number expires after it is reissued, please note that the request to transfer the number using MNP service will be deemed to have been withdrawn, and the contract will be terminated, and the phone number being used will become unusable. In addition, purchased products and accessories are not applicable for Early Contract Cancellation, hence you needless to return. If you return such things along with SIM card, we don’t refund you.
