【1】Subscribers of the "Rakuten SAIKYO Plan"

Those who not subscribed to the "Rakuten SAIKYO Plan" at this program's outset become eligible upon meeting conditions (i) and (ii).

(i) Apply for the "Rakuten SAIKYO Plan" through any of these methods (1) - (3)

1. New application
2. Transfer from another carrier（MNP）
3. Change plans from a different Rakuten Mobile plan (docomo or au line).

(ⅱ) Begin using "Rakuten SAIKYO Plan"

【Plan Usage Start Date】

• For new applications, the start date is the earlier of (1) or (2):
  1. When Rakuten Mobile, Inc., sends a delivery completion notice.
  2. When the subscriber can use either Rakuten or partner line services (SIM card, eSIM).
• For MNP transfers:
  The date the subscriber starts using Rakuten or partner line services (SIM card, eSIM).
• For plan changes from another Rakuten Mobile plan (docomo or au line):
  The day the subscriber can use Rakuten or partner line services (SIM card, eSIM).

【2】SAIKYO KIDS Program Registration

Must register through this page during the entry period.

• If you registered the "SAIKYO YOUTH Program" before the start of the "SAIKYO KIDS Program" on May 2, 2024, you do not need to re-register. Your registration information will be carried over.
• You must enter using the Rakuten ID of the user of 12 years old or under who is using the "Rakuten SAIKYO Plan".
• Points will be awarded from the month of registration (even if you register before starting to use the "Rakuten SAIKYO Plan").

【3】The age of 12 or under

Program covers up until the month before turning 13.
For example, if your 13th birthday is on May 15, you won't qualify for points in May.

• Those who have already registered this program will automatically be eligible for the "SAIKYO YOUTH Program" from the month they turn 13. Re-registration is not necessary.

Rewards（Rakuten Point）

■ Reward Details

Up to 440 point rebates monthly

(a) If monthly usage is 3GB or less: 440 point rebates
(b) If monthly usage exceeds 3GB: 110 point rebates

• If there are multiple lines associated with the registered Rakuten ID, and there are lines that satisfy both conditions (a) and (b), 440 points will be awarded.
• Once you have registered, the reward will continue to be granted as long as the applicable conditions are met.

■ Point Grant Date

Points are awarded around the last day of the second month after confirming 【1】, 【2】 and 【3】.

• For example, if all conditions are met in May, the points will be awarded around the end of July, two months after.
• Points are distributed by Rakuten Mobile.
• Rights to points cannot be transferred.

■ Point validity period

Points are valid for 6 months from the award date.

• Points used before their expiration are non-refundable in case of account adjustments or cancellations.

Reward Exclusions

You won't be eligible for rewards if:

• Payments for our services are overdue.
• Applications are canceled due to insufficient verification of identity or MNP procedures.
• The "Rakuten SAIKYO Plan" is not initiated. Refer to the SIM or eSIM Start Guide for setup instructions.
• Rakuten membership is terminated before receiving points.
• Violations of our company's or Rakuten Group's terms occur.
• Our company deems membership eligibility to be violated for any reason.

Incompatible Campaigns

The following program is incompatible with this one. Programs not listed below are compatible.

• SAIKYO YOUTH Program (2265)

• If you apply for both the SAIKYO Youth Program and this program, customers 12 years old and under will be eligible for this program, and the SAIKYO YOUTH Program will not apply.

Notes

• This program is subject to change, cancellation, or extensions without prior notice.
• Participants in this program might not qualify for concurrent promotions, or the overall rewards could be restricted under the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations and the Telecommunications Business Act.
• Illegal use, such as transferring to ineligible persons or illegal resale, may disqualify you from receiving bonus points.
• "Rakuten SAIKYO plan (data type)" is not eligible for this program.
• "Apple Watch Family Sharing" is not eligible for this program.
• Changing the Rakuten ID associated with your "Rakuten SAIKYO Plan" requires re-registration to the program.
