This is a reminder to all users of the Rakuten Link App on the iPhone.

Support for Rakuten Link version 1.1.0 and earlier will be discontinued from September 4th (Fri), so calls (incoming/outgoing), sending messages/SMS, contacts, incoming call history, and chat history will become unusable on older versions.

Please ensure that you complete the update to the latest version by 【September 3rd (Thu).】

Please follow the steps below to check your current version, and ensure you update to the latest version 1.2.2.

■How to check current app version

(1) Tap the menu button at the bottom right of the screen

(2) Tap "About"

(3) Check the version number written beneath the icon

■ For customers whose app version is 1.1.0 or earlier

From September 4th (Fri), the following functions will become unusable on versions 1.1.0 and earlier:

・Incoming and outgoing calls

・Sending messages/SMS

・Contacts/Incoming call history/Chat history
