After agreeing to the campaign rules, click the "Agree and apply for the campaign [Contract plan online]" button and log in with your Rakuten ID.

Follow the instructions on the screen displayed after logging in with your Rakuten ID to proceed with your Rakuten Mobile contract and complete it.

Start Using the Plan
Please start using the plan by 23:59 on the last day of the month following your campaign application.
If you are unable to start using the plan by 23:59 on the last day of the month following your campaign application, you will not be eligible for the campaign.

Use Rakuten Link app
Make an outgoing call for at least 10 seconds by 23:59 on the last day of the month following your plan application.
Calls to other carriers' connection services starting with numbers such as (0570), and calls to certain special numbers (188) are not eligible for the benefit when making outgoing calls.
14,000 or 7,000 points will be awarded around the end of the month, four months after the month in which the start of plan usage is confirmed.
