If the [START MNP TRANSFER | ACTIVATE ESIM] button is pressed at the wrong time, the following situations may occur. Please check how to respond to your situation.

Your contract with the previous mobile carrier may be cancelled once you have pressed the [START MNP TRANSFER | ACTIVATE ESIM] button. Meanwhile, your application to Rakuten Mobile may also be cancelled due to identification failure or other reasons. Therefore, the phone number planned to be transferred may no longer be available.

If you have accidentally pressed the [START MNP TRANSFER | ACTIVATE ESIM] button and your identification failed, please contact us via [Contact us via chat/チャットで問い合わせ] or [Contact us via phone/電話で問い合わせ] at the bottom of this page.

Once the [START MNP TRANSFER | ACTIVATE ESIM] button is pressed, your contract with the previous mobile carrier may be cancelled.

Your current phone line and number will not be available during the following periods, but once you have completed the activation procedures, you will be able to use the Rakuten line with your phone number.
