■ How to claim points

Please claim points by logging in with the Rakuten ID registered with Rakuten Mobile from the notifications in "Rakuten Link" or "Email".

STEP 1: Receive point claim notification via "Rakuten Link" or "Email".

• Point claim notifications will be sent around the end of the month after next when the "Rakuten SAIKYO Plan" usage begins and "Rakuten Link" usage is confirmed.

STEP 2: Log in to the point claim page from the URL in the notification.

• You can claim points by logging in with the Rakuten ID registered with Rakuten Mobile.

STEP 3: Tap [Claim Points] on the point claim page to get your points.

• A separate procedure is required for each installment.
• You can check points you have received from your points history.

■ Point claim period

Points can be claimed from around the end of the month after next when "Rakuten SAIKYO Plan" usage begins and "Rakuten Link" usage is confirmed.

Points can be received until the end of the month, 2 months after each notification is sent.

• Example) If all conditions are met in February 2025, the first point claim notification will be sent via "Rakuten Link" or "Email" around the end of April 2025, which is two months later.
  The claim deadline will be the end of June 2025, 2 months after the point claim notification.
• Point claim notifications will be sent from Rakuten Mobile.
• Rights cannot be transferred.

■ Point validity period

Valid until the end of the month 3 months after the point claim notification date

• About time-limited points
• Even if points are used before the expiration date, they will not be returned if cancellations or amount adjustments occur after the expiration date.

For those who applied between 0:00, Sunday, December 1, 2024 and Friday, January 31, 2025, please check the "Point Award Date" and "Point Validity Period" below.

■ Point Award Date

Points will be awarded over 5 months, starting from around the end of the month after next following confirmation of "Rakuten SAIKYO Plan" and "Rakuten Link" usage.

• For "Rakuten SAIKYO Plan" applications from Sunday, December 1, 2024, at 0:00 onwards, changed to awarding points in 5 installments.
• Example: If all conditions are met in December 2024, the first point award will begin around the end of February 2025 (2 months later), the second award around the end of March, the third award around the end of April, the fourth award around the end of May, and the fifth award around the end of June.
• Rakuten Point will be awarded by Rakuten Mobile.
• Rights cannot be transferred.

■ Point Validity Period

Valid until the end of the month 3 months after the point award date

• About time-limited points
• Even if points are used before the expiration date, they will not be returned in case of cancellations or amount adjustments after the expiration date.

Reward Exclusions

Rewards will not apply in the following cases:

• If payments for services provided by the company are not made by the payment deadline, resulting in delinquency or non-payment.
• If the number of applications for "【Rakuten SAIKYO Plan First-Time Application Bonus】Point Rewards for Switching from Another Carrier" exceeds one per person per contract.
• Purchases made outside of Rakuten Mobile Shops, Rakuten Mobile Online, or Rakuten Mobile Official Rakuten Ichiba Store.
• If application is cancelled due to contract holder identity verification issues.
• If campaign condition deadline is missed due to delayed product arrival (product arrival refers to the date when delivery completion data is notified to the company).
• If "Rakuten SAIKYO Plan" usage is not started.

• If Rakuten WiFi Pocket 2C or Rakuten WiFi Pocket Platinum is purchased with a "Rakuten SAIKYO Plan" contract at a Rakuten Mobile shop or Rakuten Mobile Online.
• If the Rakuten ID used for entry differs from the Rakuten ID used when applying for Rakuten Mobile.
• If "Rakuten SAIKYO Plan (Data Type)" is applied for.
• If there is a past contract for "Rakuten SAIKYO Plan (Data Type)".
• In cases of fraudulent activity, violation of terms of use, or if we reasonably determine that you are acting against the operational intent.
  (We may request the return of benefit or payment of an amount equivalent to the benefit)
• If the company reasonably determines ineligibility as a member for any other reason.
