Rakuten members who meet all conditions [1], [2], and [3] within the above periods

• Effective from Wednesday, October 1, 2025, applications for "Rakuten SAIKYO U-NEXT" are also eligible.

[1]Subscribers of the "Rakuten SAIKYO Plan" or "Rakuten SAIKYO U-NEXT"

For those who have not contracted the "Rakuten SAIKYO Plan" or "Rakuten SAIKYO U-NEXT" at the start of this program, you can become eligible through (i) and (ii) below.

(i) Apply for the "Rakuten SAIKYO Plan" or "Rakuten SAIKYO U-NEXT" through any of these methods (1) - (3)

1. New application
2. Application through transfer from another carrier (MNP)
3. Application after changing (transferring) from a Rakuten Mobile (docomo network/au network) price plans.

• "Rakuten Saikyo Plan (Data Type)" is not eligible.
• "Apple Watch Family Sharing" is not eligible.

(ⅱ) Start using the "Rakuten SAIKYO Plan" or "Rakuten SAIKYO U-NEXT"

【Plan Usage Start Date】

• For new applications, the start date is the earlier of (1) or (2):
  1. When Rakuten Mobile, Inc., sends a delivery completion notice.
  2. When the subscriber can use either Rakuten or partner line services (SIM card, eSIM).
• For MNP transfers:
  The date the subscriber starts using Rakuten or partner line services (SIM card, eSIM).
• For plan changes from another Rakuten Mobile plan (docomo or au line):
  The day the subscriber can use Rakuten or partner line services (SIM card, eSIM).

Join through this page during the entry period

• Entry is required using the Rakuten ID of <customers aged 65 or older> who are using the "Rakuten SAIKYO Plan" or "Rakuten SAIKYO U-NEXT".
• You will be eligible for point rewards from the month of entry. (Applicable even if entry is made before starting to use the "Rakuten SAIKYO Plan" or "Rakuten SAIKYO U-NEXT")

[3]Customers aged 65 or older

Eligible from the birth month when you turn 65.
Example: If you turn 65 in October, September is not eligible for point rewards.

Benefit（Rakuten Points）

■ Benefit Details

110 points per month

• Even if you have multiple line contracts, the reward is 110 points.
• Once you enter, benefits will continue to be provided as long as you meet the conditions.

■ Point Awarding Date

Points will be awarded around the end of the month two months after [1], [2], and [3] are confirmed.

• Example: If all conditions are met in September, points will be awarded around the end of November, which is two months later.
• Rakuten Points will be awarded by Rakuten Mobile.
• Rights to points cannot be transferred.

■ Point Validity Period

6 months including the day points are awarded.

• Regarding time-limited points
• Even if points are used before the expiration date, they will not be returned if cancellations or amount adjustments occur after the expiration date.

Ineligibility for Benefits

Benefits will not apply in the following cases:

• If payments for services provided by the company are not made by the payment deadline, resulting in delinquency or non-payment.
• If the application is canceled due to incomplete verification of the contractor/user or incomplete MNP procedures.
• If the "Rakuten SAIKYO Plan" or "Rakuten SAIKYO U-NEXT" is not started.

• If you have withdrawn from Rakuten membership before points are awarded.
• If you violate regulations set by the company or Rakuten Group, Inc.
• If the company reasonably determines that you are unsuitable as a member for any other reason.

Notes

• This campaign is subject to change, cancellation, or extensions without prior notice.
• Beneficiaries of this campaign may be excluded from other simultaneous campaigns, or the total benefits may be limited within the scope of the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations and the Telecommunications Business Act.
• If unauthorized use such as forwarding to non-eligible persons or unauthorized resale is found, or if the company judges it as fraudulent, you may be ineligible for benefit point awards.
• If the Rakuten ID linked to the "Rakuten SAIKYO Plan" or "Rakuten SAIKYO U-NEXT" changes, re-entry to this program is necessary.

特典適用対象外

以下の条件に当てはまる場合は、特典適用対象外となります

• 当社の提供するサービスなどの料金のお支払いが、お支払い期限までに行われず、未納・未払いが発生した場合
• ご契約者 本人／利用者確認の不備や、MNPの手続きの不備等により申し込みキャンセルとなった場合
• 「Rakuten最強プラン」または「Rakuten最強U-NEXT」の利用開始がされなかった場合
