      What You Can Do at the Shop

      We provide reliable support services even after subscription and purchase.

      *Some support services are not available at electronics retail stores and post offices.

      • English Support

        We offer English-language materials including Important Notice and application forms, alongside a Point-and-Speak phrase sheet for easier communication.

      • Post-Application Support

        We will support you even after your application, such as data transfer, protective film application, and repair of original Rakuten products.

      • No Contract Admin Fees

        In-store contract processing fees

        Rakuten Mobile: Free for up to 4 lines**, Docomo/SoftBank: 4,950 yen, au: 3,850 yen

        *As of Sept 2025. **If you sign up for 5 or more lines in total under the same name, a fee of ¥3,500 (¥3,850 incl. tax, finalized in the second month after activation) will apply per line from November 19, 2025. "In total" refers to the cumulative number of all lines (including canceled lines) contracted since April 8, 2020, when Rakuten Mobile officially launched its service.
